Customer Service Representative
Health Insurance provider is looking for experienced call center representatives with experience assisting with the explanation of benefits for customers making inbound calls. This will be a 3+ month assignment.
-Correspond with 50-75 inbound calls daily
-Provide customers with detailed information on their benefits options
-Accurately note conversations in the company's system
-Manage text correspondence via chat and email
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Clear and concise communicator; you are someone who can articulate accurate information efficiently
-Empathetic listener; able to recognize customer's issues and concerns to identify solutions
-Ability to work independently while understanding when to ask for clarifying information
No Degree Required
-3+ years Customer Service Representative Experience
