Office Assistant

Kansas City based startup company is rapidly growing and needs more intelligent, customer service oriented people to join them in order to keep up with product demand! The Office Assistant position is a versatile role with exposure to all parts of the business from customer service to shipping and receiving! This is a perfect entry level position to gain experience and grow with a business! This company offers health insurance, 401k match and unlimited PTO!

Responsibilities:
- Customer service over phone and email (inbound and outbound)
- Quality assurance of product and packaging
- Shipping and receiving product and materials
- Event and trade show support

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
- High attention to detail
- Customer service oriented personality
- Ability to help out wherever needed
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Apple computers preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or other technical programs a plus!
