Are you ready to get back to work? Randstad is servicing a World-Class Leader in the healthcare/insurance industry who is seeking experienced positive, upbeat and experienced Administrative Specialists to join their team in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities:
Job Description:
??? Coordinate project proposals and recommend updates to department documents
??? Identify and track project issues, resolving issues where possible or escalates to management when needed
??? Perform a variety of project related activities, including updating project schedules and plans, project communications, and budget tracking
??? Identify opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations as appropriate
??? Research questions or discrepancies by reviewing historical data and ensure data integrity by periodically auditing data
??? Provide guidance to end users and implements department processes in accordance with established policies and procedures
??? Coordinate administrative workflow of the department; develop new processes and implement process improvement initiatives as needed
??? Develop training programs for new staff members as appropriate
??? Facilitate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training, including onboarding plans
??? Develop and maintain highly customized and appealing intranet site design, including format and edit of contents

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Required:
--Bachelor's Degree
--Ability to learn and apply thorough knowledge of policies, practices, business, theories and systems
--Ability to effectively use in-depth knowledge of company practices, techniques, and standards to work autonomously
--Applies advanced business theories/concepts to accomplish significant department projects and/or initiatives
--Extreme attention to detail and ability to coordinate and provide support to an executive with a highly dynamic/complex role
--Complete tasks in creative and effective ways
--Uses intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint) to create more difficult presentation materials with graphs/illustrations, and proofreads content for accuracy
--Uses advanced verbal and written communication skills to compose more complex, detailed correspondence and reports, recommends updates to department/functions and represents dept/function
--Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, stressful environment
--Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and independently make key decisions
