Bilingual Medical Customer Service Rep
Have a passion for people? A national insurance/benefits company is looking to bring on several Customer Service Reps with medical experience to communicate with patients, insurance companies and providers.
*The position will start out as a remote due to COVID-19*
Inbound and outbound calls to discuss benefits/plans/open enrollment. Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information into database.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Bilingual in English and Spanish is a required!**
-Working in a high-volume call center
-Knowledge of medical insurances
-Excellent communication skills
-Medical Terminology knowledge
-MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Works/communicates well with patients/providers
- Internet access from home
