Administrative Assistant

A wealth management boutique is in need of an Administrative Assistant to assist a team of Portfolio Managers.

-Heavy calendar management including booking travel, lodging, scheduling meetings onsite, offsite
-Basic administrative support: answering telephones, greeting visitors
-Building relationships with clients, visitors, vendors
-Compose, drafts, edits correspondence, memos and emails
-Sort and distribute incoming mail
-Update distribution list, email lists, directories

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Ability to organize, track and multitask
-Works well under pressure
-Ability to work under tight deadlines
-Ability to provide a high level of customer service
-Punctuality and reliability are a MUST

High School

Entry Level

-1-3 years??? experience in the finance industry
-Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the security industry
-Ability to standard operating office equipment
