Administrative Assistant

* This is a temporary position for 4- 6 weeks long

* Administrative duties including: calling to confirm services, collection calls, filling, uploading documents, and correspondences

Responsibilities:
* Organizes flow of work by reviewing correspondence and determining the importance

* Prepares a variety of sensitive or routine correspondence on own initiative from drafts or verbal instruction, such as memos, letters, articles, reports, proposals, charts, etc.; prepares and processes routine forms,
documents, requisitions, purchase orders, transmittal forms, etc., following standard procedures and responds to inquiries

* Maintains effective and accurate filing systems, and ensures confidentiality of records

* Performs other duties as required

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Strong Customer Service Skills

* Great telephones etiquette

* Strong communication skills

Education:
Associate

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
* High school graduate and three years of administrative support experience

Job Knowledge & Skills

* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills to interact effectively, exercise discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers

* Microsoft Excel- Intermediate
* Microsoft Word- Intermediate
* Microsoft PowerPoint- Intermediate
* Microsoft Outlook/ Email & Calendar- Intermediate

* Typing 45wpm/85% Accuracy


* Someone with at least 3 years of administrative experience

* Someone willing to jump into a fast pace environment

* Someone looking for a professional business environment

* Someone reliable with excellent record of attendance
