Work from home while fielding customer service calls and providing support.
This position will require a home PC or laptop with Windows 10, internet service & a USB headset
Full Paid Training and Support Provided
-Incoming call handling
-Maintain notes on records
-Provide answers and guidance
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Proficient keyboarding skills/data entry
-Manage incoming phone calls
- Customer service/call center experience helpful
