Call Center Representative
Start date: July 27th
Duration: 3 months, temp to perm
Location: Birmingham, AL 35244
*Position will start as a work from home role, but will eventually transition back into the office*
-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
-Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
-Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
No Degree Required
1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required
