Customer Service Rep
Work from home during covid-19, must live close to office.
Client will provide laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard and ethernet cable. Candidate must be able/willing to go onsite to pick up/return equipment.
Shifts Available Mon-Fri, 8AM-10PM - must have flexibility (shift diff 10% 11-8, 12-9, 1-10)
Training: 5-6 weeks including class and nesting - no time off during training
Answer incoming calls from plan participants and assisting and enrolling participants on Health & Benefits Enrollments. Resolve all participant inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary. Will need to toggle on computer screens, researching information, typing notes, and speaking to client simultaneously. Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, display reliability, and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
1+years of Customer Service experience
Call Center experience preferred; customer service experience required (Retail, Grocery, Service industry, Hospitality, etc.)
Must be able to provide employment and education verification if needed
