Customer Service Intermediate level
Randstad Professionals in DC is casually seeking both Customer Service/Call Center Agent & Data Entry Specialist for potential opportunities within the Washington, DC area. Most of these roles would pay between $15-18 per hour to start, with salaries ranging from $35-45k annually.
-Receive inbound customer calls as well as place outbound calls to customers
-Collect payments from customers??
-Document customer profiles using web based system (CRMs)
-Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and results and alternatives.
-Accurately input data into systems, update customer contact information and billing information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Good verbal communication, phone skills, listening and customer focused skills
-Good data entry skills
-Ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
-Ability to complete basic mathematical functions
-1+ years of related work experience
-Previous Call Center experience required
-Previous Data Entry experience required
-High School Diploma required
