Call Center Representative Inbound
Randstad is now recruiting call center representatives for a large company in Urbandale, IA 50398! In this position you will be answering inbound calls from plan participants, assisting and enrolling them in Health & Benefits Enrollments. The pay is $16/hr and the schedule is M-F between 8am-10pm so you must be flexible. The ideal candidate has previous call center experience but any customer service experience will work such as restaurant, retail and hospitality. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in an office environment!
Answer incoming calls from plan participants and assisting and enrolling participants on Health & Benefits Enrollments.
Resolve all participant inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary.
Will need to toggle on computer screens, researching information, typing notes, and speaking to client simultaneously.
Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, display reliability, and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Written and oral communication
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Call Center experience preferred
At least a High School Diploma or GED
