CALL CENTER REP
Schedule: Training - M-F, 9 am to 5:30 pm, cannot miss time during these four weeks. Shift - Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm
Start: July 2020
Duration: 6 months, through at least February 2021
Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406, Will be a Remote position through the entire OE period this year
This position is for entry-level Customer Service, providing basic support to clients by responding to customer inquiries and answering, documenting, and monitoring call center interactions
- Will handle inbound calls regarding benefits (medical, dental, vision), Cobra and Flexible Spending Accounts
- Will respond to inquiries and update the system
- No average call handle time, some calls could be 1-2 minutes, some can be 30 minutes
- Average 30 calls per day
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Must have efficient computer navigation skills (Basic aptitude - attaching docs to an email, opening files, copy and paste, following instructions for PW setups, creating an email, etc.)
- Previous call center experience
- Healthcare or benefits exp is a plus
