Call Center Representative Inbound
Start date: 6/29
Duration: 0-6 months based on business needs, temp to perm for the right candidates
Location: Phoenix AZ 85003 (Downtown Phoenix)
Training Hours: M-F 8-5
Working Hours: M-F 8 hr shift between 7-5, must be flexible, may be asked to work OT or weekends
Interviews: 15 min phone interview to ensure the right fit
--Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
--Negotiates workouts and repayment plans.
--Handles most complex collection inquiries and issues.
--Makes decisions about acceptance/return of partial payments.
--Handles most complex collection inquiries and issues. May assist with compiling statistical reports and other special projects.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Call Center Experience
--Able to multitask
--HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Parking: Ideally, candidates working at this site should be comfortable taking the light rail or other public transportation. If not, they will be required to pay OUT OF POCKET for parking
The rates are as follows:
ON-SITE Parking Garage: 1st street & Washington - $81.00/month
OFF-SITE (2 blocks away): 2nd street and Van Buren - $48.00/month
