Inside Sales/Account Manager

We are currently looking for Inside Sales/Account manager for an opportunity with 2 great local companies! They are both located in the Knoxville location. This positions will be to service the customer by taking customer calls, questions and orders.- This candidate will be providing pricing, availability and technical information as well as keep sales representatives informed of all customer issues.- They positions requires you to ensure customer satisfaction, have knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as pricing and technical information for all companies that the client represents.

Responsibilities:
Customer service experience, sales or sales support experience, computer proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and oral, team player.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Customer orientation, technical capacity, time management, skills in problem resolution, positive attitude.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Communicate and share all information pertinent to sales and customers with supervisor and co-workers
-- Take incoming sales calls (answer questions, take orders, provide pricing, technical information and availability)
--Check customer comments and add to as necessary
--Enter orders (Make sure all orders received are entered same day)
--Expedite and check open orders when customer service unavailable
--Maintain professional relationship with customer through prompt response time with friendly, courteous attitude
--Ensure customer is satisfied with information provided
--Responsible for monitoring hot orders
--Help walk-in customers
--Send catalogs and literature with stick on card to customer after advising sales representative
--Handle test and evaluations, sample and demo orders
--Assist sales representatives with questions
Provide inventory and pricing information
Research orders
Customer issues (call information sheet:- Resale house, new customer, pricing questions or problems
and if a sales call is necessary)
--Respond to voicemail promptly
--Improve product knowledge with training sessions and experience
--Inventory and stock literature of assigned product lines
--Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments

High School

Experienced
