Customer Service - Remote
Global consulting company has a need for candidates interested in handling questions related to employee spending accounts and Cobra insurance. Responsible for researching and resolving issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in customer service or finance.
This position will be working from home initially with a possible transition onsite at some point in the future.
Handling requests in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard processes and procedures is required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
2-3 weeks of paid training
Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be good at multi-tasking
Looking for good communication skills, strong work ethic and dedicated candidates that have some flexibility between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday thru Friday.
There is a need for English speaking only as well as bilingual: Spanish/English speaking
This is a full-time position with the option of going permanent.
The position is located near mass transit terminal.
