Customer Service Coodinator

Job Summary: Directly responsible for the customers interest, the CSR addresses the needs, inquiries and requests, on an inside sales and customer service level, for customers within an assigned territory and on an as-needed basis for other territories.

Essential Functions: Prepares processes and routes all incoming and outgoing quotes. Processes all customer purchase orders into order entry module of ERP system which clearly translate quality clause provisions, particular customer concerns, delivery requirements, and other specifics as may be detailed within the purchase order contract. Maintains open, closed, and archived customer orders and quotes. Maintains computerized customer database. Routinely processes purchase order follow-ups, weekly status reports, work order changes, delivery expedites and trouble-shoots problematic purchase orders. Performs liaison activities between the customer, and Company's engineering, inspection, accounting and shipping personnel.

Secondary Function: Processes and routes all mail and incoming faxes. Trouble-shoots outgoing faxes. Assists accounting department with collections and miscellaneous accounting issues. Covers reception area on an as needed basis. Occasionally relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative details. Performs other duties as assigned.

Maintain quality clause books and area
Schedule meeting with buyer/expeditors and sales manager, and may attend
Acknowledge and distribute incoming faxes
Trouble-shoot outgoing faxes
Assist with certain accounting duties
Reception Relief

Provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives.
Project management, communication & organizational skills.
Preparing and organizing various types of paperwork for each key account by working with HR and Customer Service
department on a regular basis.
Following up with each customer meeting and ensuring the products, labeling, ticketing, invoicing and shipping
processes are done properly.
Working with account manager to plan, receive, ship and follow up with the samples for each key account.
File Maintenance
Oversee sales order process from initial order up to receipt of final product and delivery
Follow up on shipping and any back orders
Assists Customer Service department for inquiries about the products and services at other times.
The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Administrative support knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Works (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Detail Oriented

Client Delivery

No Degree Required


Proficient in Microsoft Office Works (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Must have at least 2-3 years of clerical & administrative
