Call Center Virtual Supervisor/Team Manager - NEMT

The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of virtual customer service representatives. This position is for an individual who goes the extra mile to cultivate, encourage, and lead each team member. Supervisors must be dedicated to the success of their team and others.
Salary is 37k to 39k plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

Guides employee behavior and motivates team members to positively impact team performance, including quality and attendance
Promotes and participates in activities that assist in retention and recruiting for open positions
Supervises and ensures the smooth activity of the virtual contact center team
Conducts counseling sessions for disciplinary or performance issues
Attends meetings, holds regular team meetings, and maintains virtual team boards and various other communication tools
Performs administrative duties including producing reports and other timekeeping activities
Assists with taking calls during peak volume periods
Performs other duties as required
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
