Office Manager

Randstad is working with a construction firm in the Boston area that is looking to hire a permanent office manager. The office manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the office, reviewing and tracking invoices, posting payments, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and tracking payroll through ADP. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of office management experience within construction preferred. The salary ranges from $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
-Answer the phone, receive and distribute mail, send packages, order supplies, and scheduling
-Handle administrative projects
-Prepare reports
-Journal entries
-Complete prequalification forms for contractors
-Reconcile vendor invoices with purchases orders
-Enter invoices
-Send monthly customer statements
-Enter payroll through ADP

Skills:
-Experience within construction bookkeeping preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and ADP

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree preferred
-3-5 years of office management experience
