This position will be responsible for providing top notch high volume recruiting for the organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously building a pipeline to meet our hire demands. This position will be remote.
Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for various high volume call center positions.
Screen and interview candidates to fill current or expected vacancies
Administer pre-employment tests and check references
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting
Promote the organization as an employer of choice
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals
Must have personal computer or laptop and high speed internet connection with a work area limited of distractions
At least 2 years of recruiting experience
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass criminal, credit and drug screening
