Administrative Assistant (Executive)

Top logistics firm is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide administrative support to the president and others as required.

Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate travel
Manage an executive calendar
Prepare for meetings including booklets, brochures and power point
CRM administrator
Run strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution working closely with leadership and other department heads

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Microsoft office, excel and CRM updating and management
Ability to multi-task
Organized with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Problem solving

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
