Marketing Communications Program Manager

Randstad is working with a firm to hire a temporary-permanent marketing communications program manager. This role is responsible for creating and planning promotional/lead generation campaigns, creating new content and collateral, conducting product launches, managing and maintaining digital library of marketing materials, and managing and planning regional exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of marketing experience with excellent software skills including experience with Adobe programs, Pardot, and Salesforce. This temporary-permanent will be remote until the company returns back to the office.

Responsibilities:
-Manage, plan and execute global and regional exhibitions: Create, execute and relay the project plan to key stakeholders and leadership within the business units
-Liaise with vendors and internal contacts regularly to keep the project on the necessary timeline
-Work closely with business leaders to create messaging for the show and strategies to clearly and effectively articulate the value proposition of the business to our audiences
-Plan advertising and media plan for the year for each business
-Work with business to create messaging based on current business goals and focus areas

-Generate and manage the review process for all new creative work and ads

-Manage external designers to create these within deadlines and ad specifications

-Manage the internal review and approval process

-Work with corporate communications to help shape our story to external audiences

-Plan and create promotional and lead generation campaigns

-Work with external service providers for lead generation to set up targeted campaigns based on current business goals

-Create new content and collateral

-Create new marketing and sales materials

-Work with business to best articulate key value proposition/s of new products, determine marketing communication strategies on how to best launch and promote these products

-Lead the creation of innovative marketing and sales materials and plans for product launches

-Manage the Showpad/digital application

-Manage and maintain digital library of all marketing materials for the business unit, stock images and videos

-Source and modify existing content daily

-Maintain email marketing calendar, video projects, drafting social media posts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Ability to work cross functionally with internal departments
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-5-7 years of experience within marketing communications and digital and content marketing management
-Comprehensive knowledge of marketing communications best practices
--Experience with marketing automation software management and digital application management
