Consistently respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner, and within company timelines
Take high volume phone calls while performing other duties simultaneously
Take and enter incoming orders
Will perform administrative duties, as well as other various duties, that will be assigned
Work and communicate with internal departments
Filing, organizing, and entering faxes
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and various internal departments
Being bilingual is a big plus
Must be able to utilize a computer and a keyboard
Ability to handle difficult issues
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work additional hours as required
High School diploma or GED equivalent ?? Some college preferred
2-5 years in a customer service environment
