Call Center Representative Inbound

Answer heavy inbound calls from patients (people who have Kaiser Insurance)
Answering questions that pertain to an appointment or insurance
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Excellent customer service skills and able to showcase empathy (experience with sensitive customer service matters)
Experience answering heavy inbound calls (call center experience preferred)
Healthcare experience is a PLUS
1+yrs. experience answering inbound calls
2+ yrs. of Customer Service experience
Complete all tests/assessment required
High School Diploma/GED
