Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English)
Randstad Work Solutions is looking to connect with talented BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Customer Service Specialists for a position with a growing client of ours in Menomonee Falls, WI. This position will offer first and second shift options with a starting pay of $15-$19 hourly, based on experience.
-Assist customers via phone, email, and fax
-Communicate benefits information to customers while assisting them to understand plan coverages, verifying claims, and locating potential providers
-Ensure that all requests are responded to in compliance with both client and company guidelines
-Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while accurately documenting call information and resolution steps via internal systems
-Appropriately identify any potential issues and escalate them to management teams as necessary
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bilingual in Spanish/English
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ years of related customer service or call center experience
-Microsoft Office familiarity
