Call Center Representative Inbound
Job Opportunity with a Leading healthcare company in Hillsboro, OR is looking for a Medical Call Center Rep who is EAGER to join their team. Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
Follow-up via phone and email to provide information and resolve problems
Document all information into the internal databases
Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Excellent customer service skills
Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
Able to type 30+wpm
At least 1 yr. of call center experience/answering heavy inbound call experience
Able to work within the operating hours (Monday through Sunday 7am to 7pm)
