We are seeking Financial Service Representatives to join an inbound contact center team at our client's Grandview Yard location in Columbus.

Start Date: 11/30/2020
Training and Work Schedule: Initial virtual training period is 8 weeks, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. After training period, it will be a flexible schedule and the shift could be any time between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and Saturday 9 am-6pm. Number of hours scheduled per week will vary depending on call volumes, 30 hours guaranteed. Maximum hours per week scheduled are 40. Typically will average 30-34 hours per week.
Generally, Internal Sales and Service Analysts provide quality sales and service support to financial advisors, agents, and customers.
??? Knowledgeable of all products and can handle different types of inquiries
??? Analyzes and resolves issues and inquiries
??? Turns service inquiries into sales opportunities
??? Educates customers in all aspects of contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations
??? Understands the firm restrictions and how they apply to the business
??? Can interpret and articulate marketing material with customers
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
What you'll be doing:
--Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals and customers on multiple financial topics ranging from taxes, withdrawals, benefits, product features, costs, loans, premiums, payment schedules, etc.
--Interpret and apply all changes and enhancements to new and old products
--Cross-sells unfamiliar product line to support strategy of all business lines meeting goals
--Identifies the root cause to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need
--Maintains a documented record of conversations to best learn from customers
--Utilizes virtual technology and social media to enhance customer, financial advisor, and agent experience
--Follows all rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
What you need:
??? Have a consultative sales aptitude and enjoy interacting with customers and helping others
??? Financial services experience is a plus, but not necessary
??? Highly engaged, grateful, and humble attitude
??? Excellent verbal and written communications
??? Proficiency with computers and common office software
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, and Communications preferred
Experience: One to two years??? experience in customer service, sales related occupations
- A SERIES 6 LICENSE WILL EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED
