HR Benefits/Open Enrollment Assistant
1. Role and Scope of Position - *remote temporarily due to COVID
The team will represent a diverse mix of skills, providing a broad scope of services to an assigned business unit. The team will be accountable for working collaboratively with business unit staff in resolving human resource matters, administering HR programs, and providing human resources counsel and advice.
Technical Knowledge/Skills: Individuals should be able to spark new ideas, be stimulated by obstacles and challenges, have a solid understanding of the obligations of the business enterprise to its employees, owners, communities and customers.
Provide outstanding service to broad customer base that includes employees, Human Resource colleagues and retirees. Will process a broad scope of services and HR transactions working collaboratively within the HR Benefits business unit.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Knowledge of Human Resource basics. High quality of service delivery. Adept at technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidates must have demonstrated versatility, thoroughness and accuracy.
No Degree Required
HR open enrollment experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
