Randstad is looking for a Financial Analyst for a revolutionary global medical device company that is changing lives through better smiles.
This Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting two of our Area Sales Directors, reporting to the US Finance Director with a dotted line to the ASDs. This key position is responsible for managing the US P&L, volume and revenue forecasting, analysis and reporting. The position is an integral part in advising the US commercial team on how to meet financial objectives while delivering optimal results.

This is an exciting role, rich in analytics, modelling and forecasting and plays a critical role to support strategic decision-making for the US market. Successful candidates will offer deep analytical capabilities, a collaborative working style, and a roll-up-the-sleeves, action-oriented mindset in order to have impact in our fast-paced environment.
-Work on volume forecasting for the area, building with attention to detail and financial assumptions for multiple sales channels and multiple product lines.
-Coordinate volume forecasts with various cross functional stakeholders including operations, marketing and commercial sales.
-Support Area Sales Director in the team with tracking to forecast goals and actions to drive results.
-Plan volume and revenue forecasting for the iTero business in the area.
-Track Operational Expenses for the area including a special focus on Travel and entertainment, Study clubs (including ROI), and other controllable expenses
-Support the area with analysis on customer promotions and programs.
-Support area with credit and collections support for customers in the area.
-Need to be customer facing at times and have strong interpersonal skills to have conversations with external customers.
-Participate in field visits with customers to gain additional customer insights
-Review sales credits by area in order to reduce the amount of credits that we issue, eliminate clear and obvious cases of fraud and abuse, and uncover trends for types of credits, so improvements can be made through training.
-Support month end close.
-Support around creating localized promos, contracts, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Strong communication and presentation skills required
-Ability to work on complex issues and perform in-depth evaluations
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Problem solver, system and detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, especially dealing with large volumes of data without sacrificing on accuracy
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and manage time effectively
-Advanced Excel skills essential; and systems experience such as SAP, Business Objects BI reporting, Planning systems (Host Analytics) and data visualization tools
-Strong documentation skills
-4-6 years of relevant Finance experience
-Bachelor???s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent experience
