Work from Home Customer Service

This position will be working from home. All needed training and equipment will be provided.

Global consulting company has a need for candidates interested in making calls related to 401K, benefits and/or insurance. Responsible for researching and resolving issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and experience in customer service or finance.

Responsibilities:
Handling requests in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard processes and procedures is required

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be good at multi-tasking
Opportunity for overtime in this position
Looking for good communication skills, strong work ethic and dedicated candidates that have some flexibility between the hours of 10am - 7pm Monday thru Friday. Rotating Saturdays are required.

High School

Entry Level

This is a full-time position.
