Customer Service Representative

Answers telephone calls coming into the Tax Hotline.
Receives requests by telephone regarding W2 Form information.

Responsibilities:
Reports or insurance claims/policies.
Documents caller information in the Call Tracking system.
Responds to inquiries from policy holders or others for information and assistance.
Performs research to respond to inquiries.
Electronically Mails or USPS Mails W2 Forms.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle high call volume.

Education:
High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
3+ year of Customer Service experience is required.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
