Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
Follow-up via phone and email to provide information and resolve problems
Document all information into the internal databases
Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Excellent customer service skills!
1+years of experience answering heavy inbound calls
Able to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 8pm
Medical experience is a PLUS!
