Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience for a utilities client in Orlando, FL. This will be a 1 year assignment.
-Utilize business software (Microsoft- Teams, Office) to perform daily tasks
-Prepare correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc) for management
-Calendar management- coordinate meetings, travel
-Expense management and tracking
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Previous Office/Admin experience
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Microsoft Teams experience
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to work independently
-High School Diploma/GED Required
-Minimum of 5 years recent Admin experience required
