Call Center Representative Inbound

Randstad is now hiring Home Equity Customer Service call center representatives to work with our client, one of the largest banks in the country.
This is a SECOND SHIFT job. Shift: Hours: M-F 12 pm - 9 pm (2nd shift) / Training Hrs: 8 Weeks M-F 8 am - 5 pm (no time off during training)

Responsibilities:
This position is with the Home Equity Customer Service call center.
Members of this team assist our clients by servicing Home Equity accounts and educating clients when needed. You may help clients navigate the website, and address a wide range of concerns. Successful team members are able to help act as front-line problem solvers

Goal of calls is to build customer loyalty, understand the customers needs, support their inquiries appropriately and cross sell applicable products

Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Skills:
Training in this role is very extensive and it is critical that candidates miss ZERO time during training and simply show up on time, every day.
These calls handle customer inquiries on the following: fee waivers, overdraft protection questions, credit line decrease questions, etc

Training is intensive - talent need to have a perseverance mentality. 8 weeks long. No time missed will be allowed.

To be successful in this role candidates will need to possess strong oral communication, eagerness to help, pleasant personality, a commitment to attendance/punctuality from Day 1 through the duration of their contract and also possess ability to understand the customers needs so that they can confidently "sell" additional products that may be beneficial

Once trained talent will take about 60 calls/day depending on volume - could be as low as 35 calls/day

Seeking talent with solid tenure history and progression in roles (not 6 months here, 6 months there).

Professionalism and coachability/receptive to feedback from leaders

Personality that displays friendliness and eagerness to help customers resolve their issues,

Confidence is key as they are expected to understand the clients needs in order to successfully "sell" additional products that may be beneficial to the customer

Always looking for bilingual candidates
