Human Resources Specialist
Randstad is hiring a Human Resource Specialists to work with our national client in the medical device industry. Position will be WFH, candidate must be in or close proximity to the Cambridge area.
Duration: 6 month contract possibility to extend until end of year.
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Responsible for deployment of key HR policies and processes and implementation of the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses and Markets, delivers HR services based on a solid understanding of HR processes, US Employment Law and organizations needs, and offers operational support in implementing the people strategy set by the HRBP.
?? Minimally a Bachelor??s degree in a related field (such as human resources, business, project management)
?? 10+ years of experience in an HR generalist function covering exempt and non-exempt work groups in a dynamic and fast pace organizations is required.

?? The ability to work on both strategic initiatives as well as rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details to get the work completed.
?? Experience working in a large public company is strongly preferred. Matrix organization and shared service model experience is preferred.
?? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a changing environment.
?? Must have experience in working with senior management, experience in driving HR plans and providing solutions
?? Project management skills with a high level of detail are critical for this role.
?? Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS system
?? Strong verbal and written communication- as well as influencing skills.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The client is looking for candidates to assist with moving to the new building in Cambridge.
Helping with return to work stuff coordination.
Currently the building is fully open and people will be moving back from Andover other sites, and from home.
Candidate would be onsite at that campus to help get SRC leaders and their team back to work.
Candidates will be expected to work about 3 times a week onsite depending on needs to leaders and teams through Q1 end of Jan.
Workday experience is good, not a must.
Will Service Multiple Leaders and teams on succession plans. reorg work etc.
The Manager is looking for a High level strategic candidate with 10 years of experience.
Have a backbone and can push back to leaders to stand firm on labor law and protect Philips as leaders are mostly Dutch.
Candidates must understand employment law, employee relations experience.
Candidates must hit the ground running, Polish and firm, with vast amounts of experience.
