Randstad is currently recruiting for experienced assemblers for a manufacturing plant in the Sacramento area. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of previous experience in complex assembly. Candidates with the following skills and qualifications are encouraged to apply with a copy of your resume: Previous experience with both basic hand and power tools Ability to follow verbal and written instructions (including blueprints) Ability to stand up to 8 hours/day Reliable transportation Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment High attention to detail Ability to work in a small team
Candidates will be expected to follow both written and verbal instructions for assembly of mechanical parts. Must be able to stand up to 8 hours/day, be able to use (and have previous experience with) basic hand and power tools, and must be able to work in a small team.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Assembly (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Mechanical Assembling
- Parts Assembling
- Years of experience: 2 years

Working hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
