Machine Operator

Do you have experience working with machines, in packing or both? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring machine operators to do light machine operation in a local packaging manufacturer! 3rd Shift: 11p-7a $16.40/hour *This is a DIRECT Hire role, meaning you would work directly for our client - not on contract!*  


  • operate converting machines per specifications
  • monitor and inspect plastic bags/packing products coming off of machine
  • read/interpret order sheets
  • package bags for shipment
  • work in a safe manner as part of a growing team 

The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
  • Press Operation
  • Tending
  • Math and Calculation
  • Trimming
  • Monitoring
  • Entering Data
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Time Management
  • High School (required)
  • Years of experience: 1 year
  • Experience level:Entry Level
Shift: Third

Working hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
