The Counter Sales Associate will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues as well as perform sales.
Develop and maintain close positive relationships with key customers and prospects. Within company guidelines, develop these relationships primarily by phone, fax and personal communications (at shows).
Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, solve problems, make decisions and manage own area of responsibility. Effectively use resources provided by the company to accomplish that task. Lend any needed assistance to peers & management. Work as a team to attain goals.
Be aware of the efforts and methods of field sales representatives. Identify existing and potential problems and help to find solutions. From daily dealings with reps, consider performance, report on findings and provide technical support and guidance with products & programs. Assure that reps work in the best interest of the company.
