Responsible for monitoring all repair units returned to the facility and for establishing and managing day to day production priorities based upon Contractual obligations and customer TAT targets.
Supervise all MRO Technicians with responsibility for providing guidance, mentoring, disciplining, and focusing on building a solid workforce.
Interface with and constantly update the repair station buyer planner on actual and forecast inventory demands
Ensure the efficient publication for both MRO Customer rework and production work orders
Input the regional
Working hours: 5 AM - 12 AM
Must be willing to travel for training
5 years experience in management role required
Must have computer skills and able to input data and create worksheets, pivot tables, and databases using MS Excel.
MS Access knowledge a plus
Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and improvement programs a plus
Bachelors Degree required
MUST HAVE A&P License
