The Receiving Inspector is responsible for ensuring that raw material, components, and other production material meets or exceeds stated specifications. The Receiving Inspector uses drawings, data sheets, and other reference material along with inspection tools and equipment to make this determination.
We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
Monday - Friday (6AM-3:30PM, every other Friday off)
Friday - Sunday (5:15AM-5:45PM)
Pay for these temporary to permanent positions are currently $10.00-$12.00/hr depending on experience with lucrative referral programs, personal protective equipment and uniforms provided. Overtime is required at times depending on department and shift. Multiple shifts available.

Receiving Inspector responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Performs inspection of purchased parts
-Materials, components and equipment as materials are received from vendors or subcontractors
-Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection
-Works from drawings, sketches and specifications
-Adapts inspection measuring devices and procedures where necessary
Working hours: 5 AM - 5 AM
The ideal Receiving Inspector candidate will have the following skills
-Previous manufacturing/production experience in interpretation of mechanical drawings, and inspection of mechanical and electromechanical parts
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong work ethic
-Self starting with little direct supervision
The ideal Receiving Inspector candidate will have the following qualifications
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED
-Candidate must also be able to work additional unscheduled hours and weekends as business requires.
-Experience in hand tools, drawings, data sheets, and other reference material along with inspection tools and equipment
-Experience in schematics
-Must be a US Citizen
-Must be able to work in a technical environment
-Is required to take Component Familiarity training and pass the written test
-Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
-Ability to regularly stand, walk and/or sit 8-12 hours per day and reach with hands and arms
-Ability to multi-task, learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
