Project Support Specialist

Project Support Specialist are the people in charge of a specific project on a local level. As a Project Support Specialist, your job is to run, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on for your manager and the Project Manager. Project Support Specialist may work closely with management and the Project manager to make sure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule and running according to plan. Project Support Specialist can work independently or be in charge of a team to get the job done.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the completion of multiple projects. Ensure smooth transition of information, data, status updates and overall completion of projects. Monitoring and updating all personnel about the status of each PO in the system. Tracking deadlines, install dates, and scheduling technicians.

--Data entry into Excel and/or SharePoint
--E-mails to internal customers for a variety of different reasons (answering customer questions, scheduling, and checking techs in and out).
--Ticket creation of a minor/major technical problem for customers using ticket creation system.
--Minor/Major remote technical troubleshooting.
--Paperwork filing and organization.
--Conduct/lead status or technical engagements meetings with clients on small to medium sized meetings.
--Creation of written material for customer engagements.
--Team Leadership
--Reading/Understanding/Implantation of SOW's (Statement of Work) requirements
--Any other appropriate duties as assigned by Manager or Area Lead
--Completion of daily tasks on a daily basis of time tracking.

Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

- Leadership experience (either people or project)
- Experience in Customer Engagements
- Experience in training new employees in either documented or non-documented tasks.

Qualifications:
--Time management
--Highly organized
--Advanced knowledge of all MS Office
--Data Entry (50 WPM is preferred)
--Ability to lift and/or move objects 0-50 lbs. occasionally lifting and/or moving objects that weigh more that 50+ lbs. Team lift with +50 lbs..
--Breaking down of packaging/corrugation/boxes and recycling of materials in a bailer or trash compactor.
--Sweeping, mopping, removal of trash and other cleaning duties may be assigned.
