This position is responsible for adding ingredients into 400 gallon vats, ensuring that all ingredients from the ingredient list are followed, and that throughout the cooking process the temperatures stay constant.
-Verifying quantity of ingredients
-Verifying temps during cooking cycles
-Ensuring the production of safe, quality foods
Working hours: 5 AM - 3 PM
-Attention to detail
-Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach throughout entirety of shift
-Ability to read/write/speak English
-Pass pre-employment screenings
-Must have two positive, verifiable references
