Applicants with experience: Experience and certifications in Plumbing or HVAC will be considered in the review process of all applicants. Please include in your application all relevant certifications and experience as this will help determine the types of duties you may be tasked with based on your capabilities. We are looking for people with formal training in: Plumbing Code and Systems Installation, Duct Fabrication and Installation, Piping Layout and Installation, Soldering and Brazing, Welding, HVAC Systems Servicing, Reading and Understanding drawings and Equipment Operators.
Applicants with NO experience: Experience is not necessary to apply. An inexperienced applicant must possess an outstanding work ethic and ability to grasp and learn complicated mechanical concepts quickly. Duties will be physically challenging and diverse. A new employee will be expected to take directions from a supervisor or job leader and work independently with little supervision depending on the task. Immediate duties will include but not limited to: Job site and warehouse materials organization, excavation and equipment handling, materials receiving, pick up and delivery (using company trucks and trailers *must have valid drivers license*), helper to HVAC technicians and installers, helper to plumbers, sheet metal workers, pipefitters and pipe welders. Hands on measuring, cutting, threading, mounting, assembly and leveling related work. As a new employee grows in knowledge and skill, opportunities will arise to specialize in either the plumbing or HVAC fields. Company paid training is available to employees who exhibit high quality work and motivation to expand their qualifications. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Preferred but not required: EPA Refrigerant Handling - EPA 608, Pressure Piping, NATE / ICE Certification, 6G Pipe Welding Certificate, Med Gas Certifications / ASSE 6000 Series, Backflow Preventer Certification, OSHA 10 Hour or 30 Hour Training, Aerial Lift Fork Truck Certified. Please include in your application all relevant certifications and experience. Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Hydronics commercial license, Registered / Professional Engineer, Drafter / CAD, Construction Estimator, Professional HVAC Service Manager, Intuit Quickbooks Certified or HR and Accounting.

Qualifications:
Plumbers: 2 Years of commercial plumbing experience.
HVAC Service Tech: 3 Years of commercial equipment experience.
