Responsible for the receipt, preparation, and documentation of material being received and shipped to various locations, to include US and Mexico. Oversee and manager order fulfillment warehouse.
Assists the warehouse management in managing resource objectives by assigning, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves warehouse operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.
Responsible for managing the daily task performed in the 3PL software system and assist data entry clerks with resolving problems; completing audits; and filling in when needed.
Assist in the improvements of warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
Assists the warehouse management in managing the ISO Quality program by implementing audits for accuracy and performing updates/corrections as needed to the daily processes.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
