The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. Able to execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.
-Coordinate within the department and other departments to develop working relationships that will assist with products being shipped on time.
-Must learn filling equipment, printers, material handling equipment, HTSTs systems, CIP systems and other equipment.
-Install, maintain & repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures & piping systems.
-Troubleshoot and repair basic single and three phase electrical systems and equipment up to 480 volts.
-Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
-Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
-Experience troubleshooting PLC's
-Follow all OSHA and Company safety standards.
-Ability to pass a basic electrical and welding test.
-Ability to follow orders and complete work assignments with a minimum of supervision.
-Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
-Ability to read and understand blueprints.
