Inventory Clerk

The Materials Clerk is responsible for accurate inventory transactions between the warehouse, Quality, and production. This position will work with the Materials Department supporting manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
??? Kit work orders with required components: pull parts per First In First Out (FIFO): pull quantity requested record lot number, allocate, and deliver to proper work center per Bill of Materials (BOM)/Traveler.

??? Work with desk top computers and hand held computers (scanners) to process ALL inventory transactions. Generate back order tags (as needed).

??? Fill material request (half sheets) from all Work Center personnel or others.

??? Conduct cycle counts and adjustments within ERP system (IQMS) as needed.

??? Put Quality Assurance accepted parts into component parts inventory.

??? Process production returns.

??? Enter required information into the data system for Work Orders and Component distribution.

??? Changing labels through Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
--Attention to detail. Accuracy of correct part movement and computer transactions is critical.

--Able to follow verbal and written instructions and consistently demonstrate compliance.

--Proficient using a computer for simple to moderately complex tasks.

--Excellent organizational skills.

--Excellent oral and written communication skills.

--Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

--Able to problem solve and troubleshoot when necessary.

--Will ask questions when unclear of direction or instructions in the workplace.

--Able to work independently or alongside team members with minimal supervision.

--Able to work in Cleanroom environment for Point of Use Storage (POUS).

--Hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.

--Familiar with stockroom activities such as receiving, storing, kitting, and restocking of raw materials.

--Able to manipulate and evaluate small parts.

Qualifications:
??? 1-2 years??? experience with maintenance of lot traceability records, preferably in medical device manufacturing environment preferred.

??? Cleanroom experience preferred.

??? High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
