Production Supervisor

Primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and manage Design-Build and Maintenance crews. Assessing quality control and efficiency processes for each project. Must be organized and effectively manage the quality of the projects in regards to the work orders and communicate from senior management. Weekly scheduling, daily morning meetings, and training crew members.Positive attitude, ability to multi-task efficiently, and confident in communicating with management, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
-Understand client-specific needs via regular communication.
-Ensure that job-site/property quality meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
-Management of all operations personnel, coordinating and purchasing materials, equipment, and scheduling to ensure remarkable outcome.
-Visit and inspect property and job sites to ensure customer expectations are met, as well as meeting company standards.
-Monitor aspects of a property including irrigation, plant/turf disease, tree care, maintenance concerns, residence issues that customer needs to be informed of, and seek out means of improvement for every property you enter.
-Training employees to ensure consistence of practices and workmanship. Monitoring employee strengths, weaknesses, and staffing needs. Develop growth plans for employees.
-Perform hands on work with crews for training, meeting deadlines, and most importantly making sure the job is done to the standard of Quality and Professionalism we set forth.
-Monitoring Fleet Maintenance Schedule to ensure all equipment, trucks, and trailers are organized, clean, and serviced properly.
-Ensure timesheets are filled out properly on a daily basis.
-Review and ensure invoices, receipts, and various documentation are completed and turned in accordingly to ensure proper paper flow and accuracy of business information.
-Focus on Safety and implementation with Team and development of new Safety procedures and practices.
-Request Purchase Orders for all purchases made and ensure all are documented accurately for records.
-Responsible for ensuring all Fleet & Equipment is clean and stored properly at end of each day.
-Prepare material, equipment, and crews for the following day via routine fleet inspections.
-Monitor fleet tracking and efficiency systems.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Lead, coach, and manage Design-Build and Maintenance crews.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in Horticultural or Construction Industry (preferably Landscape Maintenance and/or installation
2 years experience in a supervisory role
Ability to coach and develop teams
