We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a 3PL company in the Tracy area. Candidate must have at least 6 months of recent order selecting experience operating an electric pallet jack. Ideal candidate must have previous knowledge of picking with an Rf scanner, headset or pick list/ labels. Qualified candidates must be able to lift 50lbs, accuracy, and able to keep up with weekly productivity. This position will require flexibility to work weekends with days off during the week. ***Weekends are mandatory*** Shift will be early mornings either 4 am or 6 am start time. Company offers an incentive program for productivity on top of hourly pay rate.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, lift up to 50lbs and pick cases all day. This opportunity is a temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
-Able to operate an electric (ride on) pallet jack
-Able to to utilize a headset for picking (preferred)
-Must be able to have accuracy while picking items.
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout an 8 hour shift
-Must be able work weekends with days off during the week
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and keep up with daily/weekly quotas.
-Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screen upon hiring
-Must be reliable and have good work history
