Fiberglass/Cast Foreman

Would you like to work for one of the world's leading design fabricators for theme parks? Be a part of providing superior service and quality construction for theme parks, attractions, zoos, aquariums and museums.

This position is directly responsible for overseeing the duties of fiberglass production, including maintenance, raw materials and mixing, casting, winding, drying and post-processing. This includes operation fabrication of CSM, assembled roving, direct roving, woven roving, and chopped strands; and the batch plant, sizing, forming and finishing functions and all other production areas.

This position will also plan, carryout, and coordinate the daily operational activities, so as to maintain and develop agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets.

Full benefits available after 60 days, 401K after 6 mos.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the functional departments within the shop including: Fabrication areas- all areas of plug production- mold making and casting of GFRC/G and GFRP including chopped strand mat, assembled roving, direct roving, woven roving, and chopped strands.
-Maintain coordination and facilities effective and efficient communication between the various departments
-Planning in regards to inventory, production processes, staffing, training, budget planning, and quality involved with the manufacturing and production process
-Maintaining proper employment levels through selecting, interviewing and training of personnel
-Developing and motivating cost effective alternatives and improvements to production process
-Ensuring quality in performance of operational staff as well as product quality control
-Ensuring and maintaining of NFC QAQC systems
-Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

-Considerable amount of lifting, carrying, kneeling, balancing, and even crawling. Dexterity and alertness is required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fiberglass Manufacturing Industry

Experience in all manufacturing operations of fiberglass reinforcements products, prefer at least 4-5 yrs experience

Experience with Production planning and scheduling, process control, inventory control, manpower planning & training
