My client in the Kennesaw area is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Customer Service Associate.
This role is a key function of their team and is responsible for receiving orders from customers, processing them, and ensuring that they are shipped out the same day. This position requires customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate well with others. The role also requires the ability to prioritize details, think critically, and work well with computers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, assembly and packaging of orders to ship out same day
-2 or more years of verifiable sitdown forklift experience
-Respond promptly to requests from customers
-Prioritize daily activities with a focus towards the customer
-Communicate effectively with other team members
-Ability to communicate with customers, team members, and supplier partners
-Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
-Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
-Sound business judgment, critical thinking, presentation, and superior written and verbal communications skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Must possess a service mindset
