Randstad in partnership with Bayer is currently looking to hire for our positions in general labor! We hire for all shifts and the pay is starting at $11.50 to $12.15hr. These positions are long term opportunities that allow the employee to gain or continue experience in the medical device production industry and make a name for themselves at a reputable manufacturing company. Daily job duties consist of assembling and packaging medical device components using approved manufacturing procedures. Candidates will be completing assigned work in a timely manner in accordance with specifications and perform quality control checks on all products through visual inspection. Other important responsibilities include work-space integrity, working with assembly drawings, ability to be trained on new processes, knowledge of safety procedures, maintaining records, testing of products and the ability to work well with others. Below are some of the tasks you may be asked to do while on assignment:
- Working on an assembly line in a clean room type environment where certain PPE items are required.
- Plastic Component loading items into machines in a moderate to fast paced environment
- Performing quality control inspections on product
- Final packaging of finished products.
- Maintain safety standards on all processes
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:20 AM
- All skill sets will be considered
- GED or High School diploma
